What you get

You'll never need to open Ads Manager to know what's working.

  • Campaign management

Setup, testing and day-to-day optimisation of your Meta campaigns.

  • A live dashboard

Spend, revenue, return and cost per result by campaign, in one link you can open anytime. Like the one above.

  • A Monday memo

What changed, why, and what I'm testing next. Plain English, one screen long.

Returns are strong. The audience is getting tired.

  1. The two main sales campaigns returned 9.1–11.3× on $402 of spend.
  2. But their frequency is 9.6–11.2: the same people see the ads about ten times. The sales are coming from a warm audience.
  3. The new UGC reels campaign returned 6.2× at a frequency of 3.8, an early sign it reaches new buyers.

Next: shift budget toward the UGC reels and refresh creative on the two main campaigns.

A straight answer

Results from India. A method that travels.

Every account on this page runs in India, where ads cost much less than in the US or UK. So I won't promise you the same return. What carries over is the system: tracking checked before a dollar is spent, tests that answer one question at a time, and numbers you can verify yourself.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Have you worked with clients outside India?

Not on retainer yet. My results so far are with Indian brands and creators, and ads cost less in India, so I won't promise the same return abroad. What transfers is the system: clean tracking, structured tests and reporting you can check. I'm taking on a few international clients at these rates to build that track record.

What time zone do you work in?

India (IST, UTC+5:30). I keep time for calls that overlaps with UK afternoons and US mornings, and the Monday memo is written so you can read it whenever suits you.

How do payments and contracts work?

A simple monthly agreement, invoiced in US dollars at the start of each month and paid by bank transfer or card through Wise or Payoneer. Month-to-month, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Do I keep ownership of my ad account?

Always. You add me as a partner in your Meta Business Manager. The ad account, pixel and data stay yours.

What's the minimum ad budget?

I do my best work with at least $3,000 a month in ad spend. If you're below that, email me anyway and I'll tell you honestly whether ads make sense yet.

What does the dashboard connect to?

Your Meta ads data, plus your store or course platform where possible, so you see revenue as well as what Meta reports.

What do you need from me to start?

Partner access to your ad account and pixel, a clear picture of your offer and margins, and creative assets, or a creator we can brief.
